General Conditions:
We aim to post ordered reeds within three weeks of receiving payment - if this will take longer due to demand, we will let you know via e-mail.
All reeds are tested by us personally before being sent out so at the time of postage they all do work.
Should a reed be damaged during transit we will replace it. If it gets damaged while trying to squeeze the blades together to close the reed or once you have played on it ie it cracks or loses a tip from falling on the floor, banging against teeth etc, we will not replace it so be careful!
We will not give refunds for reeds that do not suit, but we will adjust or replace any reed made by us once it has not been tampered with by the customer(one time only per order).

Please be aware that the total price is EXCLUSIVE of 19% VAT.
